I use Shift + ⌘ + to connect to my iMac, Shift + Ctrl + to connect to my iPhone, Shift + Alt + to connect to my iPad. Edit 2017-09-09: 1Keyboard unfortunately now does keyboard layout mapping wrong for non-English languages. There is no such thing as a keyboard or mouse that everyone can use comfortably. As Apple only makes one type of keyboard, two types of mouse and a trackpad, not everyone will be able to use them. Apple’s keyboards are generally known for their comfort and reliability, but not everyone will find them appealing Greater Choice. Use macbook as external monitor. In the Keyboard preference pane’s Input Sources tab, you can click the + button in the lower left and add keyboards of many languages. Check Show Input Menu in Menu Bar, and a tiny keyboard/Command.
